 You'll make an impact by

• You support our Siemens Leadership Excellence team in the development of concepts, training programs and initiatives for leaders
• You help to create and run hybrid & virtual learning experiences and bring in your knowledge about digital and especially learning technologies
• You leverage GenAI tools to deliver better results faster, while never relying solely on their output
• In addition, you provide technical support for top level leadership development programs and the stakeholders involved, you make suggestions, create user guidelines and keep the team updated on technological changes, developments and new solutions
• You are in regular contact with IT department and developers, and other learning departments
• You handle data privacy related topics and questions
• You work on projects like maintaining the internal web page, video production, workflow automatization etc
• Furthermore, you are involved in the organization of workshops, events as well as other projects

 

This is how you'll win us over

• Education: You are available in the long term and study at least in the 3rd semester preferably in the field of business informatics, Data Analytics, IT related or similar studies
• Experience and Skills:
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of people and leadership/executive development and related IT options
  • You know how to work with Microsoft Office and use its programs confidently
  • You also score with knowledge of state-of-the-art learning technologies as well as learning platforms, digital applications, and other learning formats
• Ways of Working: Convince us with your organizational and communication skills, initiative, creativity, results orientation as well as accurate work
• Languages: You are fluent in the English language, both spoken and written; native English is highly welcome
