Introduction to Department, Position, Tasks and Responsibilities
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on responsibility in our MSP (Mobility Service Provider) unit, in a highly innovative field. You will be working within our dynamic Partner Management & Pricing team, focusing on different daily tasks in the area of data analytics and business intelligence. This position is for 20 hours a week.
Your Mission
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports by utilizing tools such as BigQuery and Looker Studio
- Track and analyse KPIs, identifying patterns, growth opportunities, and areas that need improvement
- Partner with data engineers and developers to shape raw data insights into relevant, high-impact datasets
- Provide data-driven recommendations to aid in strategic decision-making processes
- Gather and evaluate data to enhance our competitive advantage
- Ensure optimised setup and ongoing optimization of our analytics systems to guarantee the availability and accuracy of data
- Assist the team in running various projects
Qualification Requirements
Education Requirements:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
- Field of study related to business, economics, data science, IT, or a comparable discipline
- Strong interest in data-driven analysis and business intelligence
Technical Knowledge & Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1). German language is an advantage
- Self-disciplined and able to work autonomously
- Good communication and organisational skills
- You are interested in data analytics and have a good knowledge of SQL and Python
- You are familiar with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio
- Ideally, you already have proven experience as a data analyst or in similar roles
- Ideally, you already have proven experience in e-mobility, a fast-paced startup or a data-driven company
