The position is ideally to be filled immediately.

YOUR TASKS

• You support our team within a conversion and space planning project for approximately 1.5 years and gain exciting insights into operational and internal processes
• You take part in project meetings and support with analyses and reporting
• You accompany internal contract approvals (FinCAs), support signature processes via DocuSign and participate in the ordering process and budget approval (BANF)
• You take on tasks such as appointment coordination, document management and presentation creation
• You take structured minutes and support the follow-up of important meetings

YOUR PROFILE

• You are enrolled in a business-related degree program and would like to gain approximately 1.5 years of practical experience in the project and contract environment
• You work in a structured, careful, and independent manner
• You have a friendly and confident manner, communicate confidently with various contacts, and enjoy working in a team.
• You are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and are interested in digital tools such as DocuSign
• You have very good German skills, good English skills, and impress with your reliability, discretion, and quick comprehension
