Your mission
- Assist in creating and updating delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and coordinating follow-up deliveries.
- Monitor project-related risks and help ensure timely follow-up on identified issues.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports for various stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of new project management processes.
- Prepare evaluations and analyses and help track deadlines and planned milestones.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations for management and project boards.
- Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Record and track lessons learned measures.
- Help organize and prepare regular global project meetings (Jour Fixe) with project managers.
- Provide assistance to project managers with project approvals and board presentations.
Your profile
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- First practical experience in project management is an advantage.
- Very good command of English and German (C1 level); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- An analytical and structured way of working with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Team player with flexibility to work in an international environment.
