To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Working Student Recruiting & Sourcing (all genders) , you will become part of a dedicated team focused on building efficient recruiting workflows and hiring top talent for Avelios.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Aligning closely with recruiters and People Partners on hiring needs and role requirements

• Supporting candidate sourcing activities, primarily via LinkedIn

• Creating and maintaining job postings as well as internal role and requirement profiles

• Supporting the further setup of our new recruiting tool

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Enrolled student at a top-tier university, preferably in (business) psychology, economics, or a related field

• Initial relevant work experience is required, experience in start-ups, HR departments, or management consulting is a strong advantage

• Confident use of MS Office, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Ashby is a plus

• Strong team fit and very good written communication skills

• Fluency in English required; fluency in German is a strong plus
