Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Partnership (50 %)
- Map the worldwide landscape of potential lead generation and sales/distribution partners
- Initiate outreach via LinkedIn, email and book intro calls for senior management
- Prepare one‑pagers and presentation decks
- Track pipeline stage, partner KPIs and information updates in our CRM
- Coordinate co‑marketing activities and measure joint‑campaign performance
Sales (50 %)
- Prospect hedge funds, asset managers & corporates using LinkedIn and our internal data tools
- Execute ~30–40 targeted cold calls / day plus multistep email sequences to secure discovery meetings
- Qualify leads against our Ideal Customer Profile and hand off to Account Executives
- Keep CRM data squeaky‑clean and compile weekly activity & conversion reports
Requirements
Your Profile
- Student in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Masters student with at least 1 year left for degree completion)
- First exposure to B2B sales, business development (internship or working student role). Previous experience is a big plus
- Confident communicator in English (C1). Additional European languages are a plus
- Not afraid of the phone; you enjoy turning cold outreach into warm conversations
- Tech‑savvy: comfortable with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive), automations and LinkedIn
- Analytical mindset: you love KPIs, funnels and finding growth “levers.”
- Able to work 15–20 h/week during lecture periods
