We are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for our Sales Operations Department in Munich with immediate effect.
Your tasks:
- Implementation of new Salesforce functionalities
- Coordinate with BL and IT the update/correction of products in existing opportunities
- Support with upload of Leads collected via XLS into Salesforce
- Support with updating search / filter criteria on bidding platform to identify relevant bids for MS
- Support with updating actuals in Salesforce
- Creation and maintenance of Power BI reports
Your Qualifications:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the subject management or technology or in a comparable field
- You are still enrolled for at least 12 months
- Confident handling of all common MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerBI
- Confident handling of Salesforce
- Good knowledge of the use of MS SharePoint
- A careful and reliable way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills
