Your future tasks
- You will be responsible for coordinating and further developing the group-wide data governance organization, including the involvement of all relevant roles such as data stewards, data owners, and other stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring group-wide data governance initiatives.
- You will also be involved in shaping data strategies and policies and in their optimization.
- By organizing and moderating governance meetings and workshops, you actively promote cross-departmental collaboration and further development.
- You bring order to the data world by creating and maintaining central glossaries – for a common language throughout the company.
- With targeted internal communication, you support the sustainable establishment, acceptance, and effectiveness of group-wide data governance.
Your profile
- You have a degree in (business) informatics, process management, business administration, or a comparable qualification, e.g., as an office management assistant or similar.
- Additionally, you have an understanding of data management principles or project management or have already gained experience in a governance role.
- Whether technical or organizational – you ensure that data governance projects are well planned, coordinated, and implemented smoothly.
- You build bridges between departments, IT, compliance, and management, bring people together, and create clarity on complex issues.
- You enjoy working in a team, you want to shape structures and take on responsibility.
