We’re building the most modern and scalable physiotherapy brand in Germany – and we’re doing it profitably from day one. Our goal: exceptional care, high-quality locations, and a playbook that can scale across cities. We’re now looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to help launch and scale our first studio – and build the foundation for something bigger.

Tasks

As a Co-Founder, you’ll take full ownership from day one. Depending on your strengths, you might lead:

• Launch of our brand, first studio and operational setup
• Development of core processes, systems, and SOPs
• Hiring and team management on-site
• Optimization of the full patient journey
• Coordination with partners (e.g. insurers, referral doctors, tech platforms)
• Future expansion planning and execution

You be instrumental in shaping the culture, structure, and long-term strategy of the business.

Requirements

We’re not looking for perfect resumes – we’re looking for builders.

That said, you should bring:

Strong operational mindset and bias for execution

• Experience in fast-paced environments (startup, consulting, operations)
• Passion for building things from scratch
• Ability to manage people, processes, and partners
• A founder mentality: hands-on, solution-oriented, and driven
• No medical background required – just clarity, hustle, and ambition
