Agri-PV company in Munich revoloutionizing Farmlands use case! The Founding SDR Role requires generating and qualifying high-quality leads (farmers, municipalities, landowners) for Agri-PV projects through structured outreach, education, and trust-building.
The SDR is the first touchpoint — turning awareness into conversations and conversations into meetings.
Tasks
- Identify and research potential project partners (farmers, municipalities, cooperatives)
- Conduct personalized outreach (mainly phone, email, mailing)
- Build initial trust and explain the Agri-PV concept clearly and credibly
- Qualify interest based on defined criteria (location, area size, willingness, zoning, etc.)
- Schedule qualified calls for project managers or founders
- Log all interactions and notes accurately in HubSpot CRM
- Provide structured feedback on lead quality and market sentiment
Requirements

Experience & Background
- Experience in sales / outreach — ideally in agriculture, renewable energy, and/or public sector
- Comfortable with B2C-like trust-building and B2B-level structure
- Bonus: exposure to farmers, municipalities, cooperatives, or energy projects and perspective to build up the department and team
Skills & Traits
- Empathetic communicator — knows how to speak with farmers, not to them
- Structured & persistent — comfortable making 30–50+ outbound touches daily
- Strong listening skills; ability to uncover objections and handle them calmly
- Curious learner — asks great questions, adapts fast to new topics
- Team player who enjoys building something early-stage, not just following playbooks
- Mission-driven — genuinely motivated by energy transition & rural empowerment
