As an IT Operations Engineer you will strengthen both Internal IT and SRE-related capabilities in operational field. You will play a key part in supporting infrastructure, platform operations, ensuring seamless internal IT processes and be a vital part of incident management and response activities — working closely with product teams, internal stakeholders, and the infrastructure function.

You will operate at the intersection of internal IT, security tooling, endpoints management and product operations.

Your Role

Platform Operations

• Operate and enhance monitoring, logging and alerting systems for both Internal IT and Product Infrastructure
• Contribute to Kubernetes clusters configuration for high availability deployments
• Participate in operational incident response activities
• Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Support and improve system reliability, security, scalability and performance

Internal IT Operations

• Support and optimize company-wide IT systems, tools, networking and access management
• Ensure smooth operation of endpoints, workplace infrastructure and internal services
• Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes and security-related internal IT controls including incident detection, reaction and response systems
• Collaborate with teams to enable productive and secure workplace operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes related to security, performance, resilience, and cost

Your Profile

• 2+ years of experience in IT Operations, SRE, or closely related engineering roles
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud (AWS or similar), and Unix systems
• Skilled in container orchestration and Office365 administration
• Experience with MDM systems and endpoints management technologies
• Familiar with zero-trust networking and operational concept
• Ability to operate effectively across both Internal IT and platform-oriented responsibilities
• Problem-solver with ownership mindset and clear communication
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
