We are looking for ambitious students (3+ months) who want more than a “normal internship”.

As a Product Management Intern at Pactos, you will work side-by-side with the founding team (ex-BCG, TUM, WHU) and take full ownership of product initiatives from day one.

Pactos is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup transforming how companies manage their external workforce. Our AI-powered platform integrates the entire process end-to-end, enabling organizations to manage external staff in a compliant, transparent, and efficient way. Backed by renowned investors (HTGF, StepStone CEO, Peri Owner) and trusted by leading customers, we are building the category leader in this space.

Tasks

• 🚀 Take ownership from day one: You will lead the (further) development of features and modules, working directly with our customers and tech team.
• 🧩 Work at the intersection of business & tech: Design and optimize business processes with cutting-edge no-code and low-code tools.
• 🦾 Automate and innovate: Reduce manual work by building and scaling smart automations with Glide, Make, Zapier or Airtable.
• 💡 Challenge the status quo: Become an expert on our product and propose bold, data-driven ideas – then implement them yourself.
• 🛠 Prototype fast: Translate customer needs into tangible solutions by building and testing prototypes with modern no-code stacks.
• 🤝 Collaborate with the founders: Be a true sparring partner on both strategic and operational challenges and experience firsthand what it means to build a startup from scratch.

Requirements

• Currently at least in your 3rd semester (Bachelor), in a gap year, or in your Master's; ideally in Management, Management & Technology, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or Digital Technologies
• Excellent academic performance and/or outstanding extracurricular achievements
• First experience in a high-paced environment (startup, Big Tech, consulting, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and a hands-on mindset – you love solving complex problems and going the extra mile
• Fluent in German and English
• Ideally, first exposure to no-code/low-code tools; bonus if you can code at a basic level
