The Opportunity

We are currently partnering with a pioneering AI-SaaS Scale-up in Munich that is dragging the traditional construction industry into the digital age. While most of the sector is still stuck in the "Stone Age" of manual project searching, our partner has developed a Revenue Engineering platform that uses predictive AI to spot multi-million euro building projects before they even hit the market.

As a Sales Development Representative (m/w/d), you will be joining a lean, high-performance unit of four, working directly alongside the founders and CRO to scale their presence across the DACH region.

Tasks

This is not a "cogs-in-the-machine" sales role. You are the architect of the top-of-funnel strategy:

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage decision-makers within the construction ecosystem who are ready for digital transformation.
  • Value Demonstration: Move beyond scripts—you will articulate how AI-driven intelligence solves the $10T problem of manual project discovery.
  • Relationship Building: Drive growth through email, LinkedIn, and high-impact phone outreach to build long-term partnerships.
  • Process Optimization: Help refine CRM workflows and create the sales collateral used at major industry events.

Requirements

  • The Voice: You are a communication pro with Native/C2 level German (essential for the DACH market) and a strong command of English.
  • The Mindset: You possess a "Hunter" DNA—resilient, curious, and motivated by the word "No."
  • The Drive: Whether you are an ambitious career starter or have initial sales experience, you have an entrepreneurial spark and a desire to master SaaS sales.
  • The Location: You are based in or relocating to Munich and thrive in a hybrid, high-energy office culture.
