They are currently searching for a SAP SuccessFactors Team Lead to build out the team and lead projects.

• Develop and execute the organization's SAP strategy in alignment with overall business goals

• Lead the global roll out of SAP SuccessFactors

• Build and manage a high-performing team of SAP professionals

• Assist with the implementation, optimization and roll out of SAP SuccessFactors (customizing)

• 3+ years experience of SAP SuccessFactors

• Consulting background preferred

• Strong team management skills

• Languages - fluent German
