Founded in late 2024, Omnisent is a Munich-based acoustic AI company developing next-generation sensing systems that turn sound into real-time intelligence. The team combines deep expertise in physics, machine learning, and mechanical engineering — united by a mission to unlock the untapped intelligence of the acoustic world.

At the core of Omnisent’s innovation are ultra-low-power sonic devices and the company’s Large Acoustic Model (LAM) — a foundation model trained on the complex world of non-speech audio. This unique combination enables the real-time detection, classification, and localization of acoustic events — whether identifying drones in contested airspace or tracing air leaks in manufacturing systems.

Tasks

  • Define and own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from strategic outbound prospecting through high-stakes demonstrations, commercial negotiation, and successful close — consistently creating and sustaining deal momentum at every stage.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across security and critical-infrastructure sectors to surface urgent operational challenges and position Omnisent’s acoustic AI systems as essential, differentiated capabilities within their mission-critical workflows.
  • Develop, manage, and expand a high-value pipeline spanning enterprise customers, security integrators, and infrastructure operators, supported by rigorous forecasting discipline and world-class CRM hygiene.
  • Deliver compelling, executive-level presentations, technical proposals, and RFP responses that translate advanced acoustic-AI technology into clear operational, financial, and strategic outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership to shape tailored solutions and consistently surpass customer expectations.
  • Serve as an authoritative field representative for Omnisent, conducting onsite evaluations, live demonstrations, industry engagements, and customer workshops that build deep trust and drive rapid adoption.

Requirements

Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end — from prospecting and discovery to demos, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  • Confidence in selling technical or complex solutions, with the ability to translate advanced capabilities into clear customer value.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & German, paired with a confident and credible customer-facing presence.
  • Highly organized and disciplined, with strong pipeline management and reliable CRM hygiene.
  • Valid EU work permit.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 5+ years selling technical or complex solutions, ideally in security, infrastructure, or hardware-driven environments.
  • 5+ years navigating and closing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, with a strong record of expanding accounts.
  • Proven ability to work closely with engineering and product teams on solution design.
  • Background in fast-moving startup environments, bringing high ownership and autonomy.
