Your Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of major and complex features and initiatives
• Architect and design scalable and efficient software solutions for medium to large business requirements
• Drive customer satisfaction as measured by NPS and unsubscribe rate
• Drive quality
• Drive great developer experience
• Drive operational excellence
• Be a role model in terms of output and quality
• Be a multiplier
• Drive clean code and simplicity in the system
• Perform advanced code and solution reviews and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Mentor intermediate and junior engineers.
• Deep understanding of the tech vision and contribution to progress towards it
• Attain and Maintain solid overview of large parts of the Crewmeister code base, infrastructure and architecture
• Drive user experience

What you'll bring to the team:

• Expert in Java and Spring Boot, as well as experience in other areas and languages

• Basic Leadership and competent in mentoringExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
