What You Will Do

• Complex and high-precision CNC milling of individual parts and small series
• Independent setup, loading, and operation of modern CNC milling machines
• Independent optimization of existing workflows and processes
• Independent quality checks and adjustments during production
• Working in accordance with construction drawings and detail drawings
• Sharing specialist knowledge with the team
• Support with maintenance and repair work

What You Bring

• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling technology
• Solid knowledge in programming and optimizing CNC milling programs
• Confident handling of technical drawings and plans
• Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, eigenes Fachwissen aktiv an Kolleg:innen weiterzugeben und so zur Weiterentwicklung des Teams beizutragen
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungstechniker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf
• Precise, independent, and responsible working style
• Willingness to work in multi-shift operations

For this position, we offer a collective agreement minimum salary of €3,726.84 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and several years of experience as a CNC specialist, we are prepared to increase the total gross salary to up to €5,000 per month. 3.726,84 € brutto pro Monat und sind – abhängig von deiner Qualifikation sowie mehrjährigen Erfahrung als CNC-Spezialist – bereit, das Gesamtbrutto auf bis zu 5.000 € pro Monat anzuheben.
