Assisting with the high-quality and visually appealing preparation of meals according to nutritional aspects and in compliance with HAACP regulations
Responding to residents‘ requests, complaints and suggestions and passing them on to the kitchen management
Handling food in accordance with food hygiene regulations
Preparing and preparing meals in compliance with HACCP regulations
Preparing meals, sometimes independently, following instructions
Filling the food trolleys and disposing of the returns
Carrying out cleaning, disinfection and tidying up work as part of the food hygiene concept

Understanding of hygiene and cleanliness
Basic knowledge of housekeeping
Professional experience as a kitchen assistant desirable
Ability to work in a team as well as careful, thorough and reliable working methods
Good manners
