In this responsible position, you will lead qualification and validation activities for pharmaceutical process systems in accordance with current GMP regulations. You will actively shape innovative projects, lead project teams, and play a key role in the sustainable growth of our company.
Your contribution to our success:
- Leading project-specific teams of 2 to 10 people and taking on leadership responsibilities
- Guiding project teams in the preparation of overarching qualification and validation documentation
- Project acquisition, proposal preparation, and business development
- Coordination and execution of qualification and validation tasks in demanding pharmaceutical environments
- Development and implementation of customized qualification and validation systems
- Interface management and facilitation of risk analyses
- Sharing knowledge through internal training and development initiatives
Your profile:
- Completed degree or vocational training in pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering, food technology, bioprocess technology, or a comparable field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry with solid expertise in qualification and validation
- In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820)
- Strong communication skills, customer and quality orientation, and strategic thinking
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proactive mindset and enthusiasm for taking responsibility in dynamic project teams
- Experience in leading project teams
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (2–3 days per week)
