For over ten years, we have been developing, supporting, and internationalizing Lidl’s digital business models.
This includes the Lidl online shop and other digital services. We are already present in more than ten countries with our digital products and services. The international threads of the digital Lidl activities all come together at our headquarters in Neckarsulm and our digital office in Berlin. And we are continuing to grow.
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager for our Marketing Automation Squad, who is responsible for creating data-driven, personalized, automated omnichannel campaigns across emails, push notifications, SMS, and other channels. It provides targeted communication our customers in over 30 countries who use the Lidl Plus loyalty program or becomes a Newsletter subscriber with personalized experiences at every stage of the customer lifecycle across all channels—both in-store and online.
Your key responsibilities
As a (Senior) Project Manager, you will be the link between local CRM teams, international teams, stakeholders and our agile eCommerce organization. You will ensure the proper setup of online shop-related products and lead product adaptation to country-specific requirements. You will collaborate with the team to provide countries with a vision of future digital products and developments. Being part of a team located in Germany and Spain you’ll oversee supporting the prioritization of the needs of the countries with squad’s product owners and managers.
- Be the first contact person for multiple countries and internal stakeholders for any Salesforce Marketing cloud related topic
- Creation of sustainable training concepts to enable users
- Lead the creation holistic journey development through all touchpoints (Email, Push, etc.) and drive conceptual development and implementation of the CRM strategy
- Prioritize all country requirements together with the Product Owner to continuously improve and add functionalities to the SFMC product catalog
- Understand countries needs and business strategies to collect requirements and continuously improve all Marketing Cloud-related products
- Define tickets with requirements and be available for the team to solve functional questions
Your profile
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software or digital project management
- Advanced Experiences in e-commerce CRM campaigns or product management
- Experience in managing CRM/ Marketing automation-tools or ideally Salesforce marketing Cloud knowledge
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile tools
- Advanced skill set with CRM or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- You can present your project results in German and English
