YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS

• You are responsible for receiving and processing tickets (1st-/ 2nd-level IT support) as well as solving problems sustainably

• You take care of computer installations and the setup of workstations

• You manage user accounts and access authorisations

• You create documentation and instructions and are responsible for user training

• You help the helpdesk team with the conceptualisation, planning and implementation of IT projects

• You support the infrastructure team in the administration of various central applications and services in IT

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• You have completed training in the IT field (e.g. IT systems integration specialist, IT systems electronics technician or similar)

• You have several years of professional experience in the user helpdesk and are confident in working with the latest Microsoft client-server operating systems

• Strong communication skills are important to you and you have a strong customer and service orientation

• You have already gained experience in the administration of MS Active Directory and O365 as well as in dealing with Apple products

• You have basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• You have very good written and spoken German and good English skills
