YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS

• You will be responsible for receiving and processing tickets (1st/2nd level IT support) and finding sustainable solutions to problems.

• You will take care of computer installations and setting up workstations

• You will manage user accounts and access permissions

• You will create documentation and instructions and be responsible for user training

• You will assist the helpdesk team in the design, planning, and implementation of IT projects

• You will support the infrastructure team in the administration of various central applications and services in IT

THIS IS YOU

• You have completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT systems engineer, or comparable)

• You have several years of professional experience in user helpdesk and are confident in working with the latest Microsoft client-server operating systems

• Strong communication skills are important to you and you have a strong customer and service orientation

• You have already gained experience in the administration of MS Active Directory and O365 as well as in working with Apple products

• You have basic network knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

• You have very good German skills (at least C1) and ideally good written and spoken English skills
