Job description
- You are responsible for the basic and treatment care of patients in the home environment and ensure the highest quality of care
- You conscientiously and clearly maintain the proper documentation of your work
- You administer medication according to the specified plan and ensure careful execution
Requirements
- You have completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d), registered nursing assistant (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Your experience in the outpatient care sector is an advantage
- You must have a driving licence, A car will be provided
- Willingness to work in shifts and at weekends
- Sensitivity and a sensitive demeanour are among your strengths
