The main purpose of the role is to provide comprehensive financial support within the Sales Planning function, assisting the Sales Planning Manager, Revenue Manager, Sales department, and Senior Management.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Product Contribution Analysis
Ensure close business partnering with Commercial teams to support decision‑making.
Provide financial results, KPI tracking, and clear Cause‑of‑Change insights.
Development of Reporting Tools
- Support data accuracy in actual reporting and forecasting processes.
- Contribute to planning cycles such as AOP, ACP, and PxF.
Business Support Agenda
Assist in preparing customer budgets and profitability reviews as required.
Support commercial negotiations through robust financial analysis and by driving pricing initiatives.
- University degree in Finance or Accounting, with approximately 5 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Planning, or a similar financial function.
- FMCG industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Commercial exposure and business‑facing experience considered a significant strength.
- Highly flexible team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English required; German language skills are an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP, BI, or equivalent ERP systems; experience with IBM TM1 is a plus.
