- Prepares, releases & develops quality-related documentation incl. local adaptations & strategic communication with management
- Promotes quality awareness & communicates quality principles across the company
- Leads Quality Committee, aligning quality strategy, standards & cross-functional initiatives
- Plans & evaluates internal audits; ensures exchange with quality institutions; recommends improvements
- Implements & maintains DIN ISO 9001-2015 across tm group
- Guides planning & implementation of quality policy & objectives
- Main contact for customer audits; ensures readiness, transparency & timely resolution
- Reviews & develops QM system continuously
- Coordinates, consults & trains managers and staff on all QM matters

- Successfully completed studies in economics, quality management, or a comparable field
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Confident use of Microsoft Office
- German language skills are an advantage
