National Key Account Manager
Responsibilities- Development, implementation and enforcement of national central agreements within the framework of annual and strategy meetings (price/condition, listing & promotion negotiations) and annual negotiations
- Developing sales strategies and tactics as well as excellence in execution to exploit customer/PepsiCo potential ensuring sustainability of business results
- Responsibility delivering AOP plan (volume, net revenue, MC, NRR)
- Creation of KPI and budget tracking, analysis of market and shopper data, internal sales figures, competitor and customer activities to create customer arguments.
- Planning of customer volumes and customer budgets as well as timely initiation of measures with the customer in case of foreseeable target deviation.
- Coordination/ (project) management of cross functional activities internally and externally to drive customer business
- Close communication and coordination with the internal interfaces Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, (Shopper-)Marketing and International Team ensure active business as well as their medium and long-term

- University degree (bachelor, master) economics or equal faculties or commercial education
- At least 6 years experience in Key Account Management / Trade Marketing in leading FMCG companies
- Excellent execution skills to bring customer strategies to life
- Experience in managing and coaching employees is an advantage.
- Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Profound knowledge in Customer Management and understanding of all relevant business aspects
- Proven track record to achieve customer goals by exploiting customer potential
- Open, dynamic and future-oriented personality who convinces through analytical and conceptual strengths, assertiveness, organizational strength and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, strong negotiation skills and persuasive power
