We offer opportunities in our DuPont production plant in the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main-Area, Germany. The starting point of your career at DuPont is the DuPont Cyrel facility in Neu-Isenburg, Germany, with a focus on product sponsoring and quality and yield improvements.

Cyrel is a photopolymer printing plate product developed by DuPont for printing applications.

You will participate in projects that improve safety, product quality, and equipment or infrastructure.

The position is regular and full-time.

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Engineering or related field.

• Just graduated or with industry work experience.

• Must have a strong work safety mindset and a deep sense for sustainability.

• Must speak English fluently in conversations and must be excellent in writing.

• Should speak and write German at a level to be able to lead a German-only speaking team.

• A third European language would be highly beneficial.

• Ability to code Python preferred.

• Knowledge in programming PowerBI preferred.

• Willingness to be on-call engineer for plant area support when required.

• Effective communication and influence skills, with proven aptitude for inspiring, leading, and managing others, as well as building effective teams.

• Strong technical and people skills, along with an elevated level of initiative and problem solving.

• Capable of managing programs with high technical and market uncertainty.
