Job description

In your new role you will:

• Define and implement verification concepts for highly complex SoCs by applying advanced methodologies, including metric-driven, formal, power-aware verification, and HW/SW co-verification

• Lead and manage teams within verification work packages, including planning, organizing, tracking, and reporting, while ensuring project timelines, process compliance, and high-quality results

• Drive innovation and efficiency in complex IP, SubSystem, and SoC projects by developing advanced, reusable, robust, and scalable verification environments and integrating AI/ML technologies to optimize workflows

• Shape the trending topic Ethernet and build up concepts and strategies to verify it in an optimal and efficient way

• Continuously improve workflows and methodologies by refining processes, adopting best practices, and leveraging emerging technologies like AI-based verification solutions, contributing to the development of next-generation verification methodologies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify verification requirements and align efforts across multiple interfaces

• Lead and mentor team members, offering technical guidance, cultivating technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team culture that promotes growth and innovation

Your profile

You’ll continuously improve workflows, adopt best practices, and contribute to pioneering advancements in semiconductor design. Together, we’ll create solutions that exceed expectations and define the future of our industry.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field• At least 6 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, including a track record of technical leadership

• Strong expertise in state-of-the-art verification methodologies, such as metric-driven verification, formal verification, power-aware simulation, HW/SW co-verification, and mixed-signal verification

• Proficiency in hardware description and verification languages, including SystemVerilog, VHDL, Verilog, UVM, and Specman, as well as scripting languages for automation

Technical team lead experience or project management skills

• Experience with leading-edge simulation tools, linters, testbench qualification tools (e.g., Certitude), and data management systems

Knowledge about Ethernet is a plus

• Familiarity with functional safety (e.g., ISO 26262) and security (e.g., ISO 21434) concepts is a plus

• Strong communication skills in English, with German being a bonus
