We are currently looking for a full-time Area Manager of Mini Branches Expansion in Nova Post Germany

Tasks

• Lead the expansion of the mini-branch network by identifying new locations, coordinating launches, and ensuring smooth operational setup.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships through effective negotiations, agreement management, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee service quality and ensure full compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manage and support on-site teams through regular meetings, performance oversight, and operational coordination.
• Monitor network KPIs and implement timely corrective and improvement measures.
• Handle non-standard client cases and initiate operational adjustments, including transport schedule optimization.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive further network growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business expansion and launching new locations.
• Strong business negotiation skills.
• Experience in partner acquisition and contract management.
• German — B1+ (required).
• English — B2+ (a strong advantage).
