Your profile:
- Completed technical training, e.g., electrical, metal, plastics
- Professional experience and initial management experience at team or shift leader level in the manufacturing industry
- Team player (m/f/d) with hands-on mentality
- Assertiveness and strong communication skills combined with a passion for leading employees

Your tasks:
- Operation of tools, machines and equipment
- Component provision for workplaces
- Production release and completion (final inspection)
- shift handover
- Troubleshooting high-bay racking
- Troubleshooting machine malfunctions
- Quality assurance in the ongoing process and participation in continuous improvement.
