- You rotate through different departments and learn how theory and practice come together – actively supporting the teams on site
- Join us in the exciting process of designing and developing components, discovering how innovative technology is created
- You support the testing of our products, gaining insights into how quality and safety are ensured
- Dive into production processes, learn how to analyze and improve them, and bring your own ideas
- You work closely with the team when new products are planned and developed – from the initial idea to completion
- Gain valuable experience in project management and see how projects are planned, tracked, and successfully completed

- You have completed your A-levels or an equivalent qualification and are ready to kick off your career
- Technology, math, and physics spark your interest — you love diving into complex topics and figuring out how things work
- German is no problem for you — written and spoken
