Your Mission
In this role, you’ll be the vital link that keeps our global supply chain running. You’ll work across markets, suppliers, and customers to make sure everything flows smoothly and on time. Expect plenty of variety, responsibility, and opportunities to collaborate with colleagues around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to contact between our supply sites, partners, and customers.
• Take charge of end-to-end order processing and ensure invoicing is done right the first time.
• Organize transport, redeployments, returns, and sample shipments with our trusted logistics partners.
• Keep things compliant with GDP standards and business rules.
• Partner with Quality Control to get products tested, released, and certified.
• Support finance reporting, invoice checks, and audits—accuracy is key!
• Step in to solve discrepancies, transport issues, or customer queries quickly and effectively.

What You Bring

• A diploma in Supply Chain, Business, or similar.
• Around 3 years of experience in a multinational supply chain setting (bonus if you know the life sciences sector!).
• Solid knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and supply chain standards.
• Confidence using ERP systems (SAP experience = big plus).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility, proactivity, and the ability to stay cool under pressure.
• A good grasp of GMP & GDP standards.
