Tasks :

• Perform production activities related to the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients.

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, BDP (Best Documentation Practices), and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) standards.

• Conduct routine process activities, and follow predefined documentation for non-routine tasks.

• Accurately report technical and organizational issues to the appropriate channels.

• Take responsibility for personal training and development.

• Ensure proper execution of all assigned tasks.

• Promptly escalate any encountered problems or deviations.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Qualification:

• Ideally BAC +2 in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, or biochemistry, or equivalent.

• Good knowledge in one of the following: process support activities on a production line.

• Preferred: CF diploma or certification in chemical/pharmaceutical production technology.

• Prior experience in pharmaceutical, food, or chemical industries, particularly in controlled environments (cleanrooms).

• Experience in hospital-related departments (e.g., laundry, decontamination, or cleaning) is an advantage

• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations.

• Familiarity with working in a controlled atmosphere area.

• Proficient in French (minimum B2 level) – both written and verbal.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a plus .
