We’re looking for a proactive and hands-on Senior QC Laboratory Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support daily lab operations, ensure compliance with procedures, and contribute to quality testing activities. What you will do

• Perform and support routine lab operations, including sample management, reagent preparation, inventory control, and documentation.
• Conduct testing of raw materials, bulk products, and stability samples.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization of the lab at all times.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
• Support data review, investigations, and documentation updates.
• Train junior colleagues and contribute to scheduling and project planning.

What we are looking for

• Education in a scientific or technical field (Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience).
• Experience in a laboratory environment, ideally within a regulated (GMP) setting.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in shifts and adapting to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in English and professional-level French.
