Proclinical is seeking a Validation Engineer to support a new aseptic area project. This role involves commissioning, qualification, and validation activities, with a focus on ensuring compliance and quality standards. The position requires hands-on execution of protocols and reports, as well as collaboration within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Review and execute Site Acceptance Test (SAT) protocols and prepare Installation and Operational Qualification (IOQ) reports.
• Develop and execute cleaning validation protocols, including rinse water and surface sampling, and compile final reports.
• Perform sterilization validation, including protocol development, thermocouple placement using Kaye systems, bioindicator usage, and final report preparation.
• Execute cycle development and performance qualification protocols.
• Utilize the digital system Kneat for all protocol documentation and management.
• Work on-site daily, with flexibility to work shifts as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Strong understanding of validation processes, including cleaning and sterilization validation.
• Proficiency in writing and executing protocols and reports.
• Experience with digital systems like Kneat is advantageous.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to shift work when required.
