The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Working Student (m/f/*) International Marketing within the Consumer Business Group on the Post-it(R) and Scotch(TM) Brand businesses covering Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Supporting the Product Marketers within EMEA on portfolio development projects.

• Executing agreed aspects of the annual content creation and syndication plan.

• Supporting the EMEA team on packaging changes (artwork briefing/review).

• Tracking of new product introductions and updating product logistics and data.

• Supporting on digital content optimization (images / enhanced images / videos / A+ content).

• Ensures visibility of digital content for our portfolio for Marketing and Sales colleagues in EMEA countries.

• Coordination between external agencies, the EMEA content team and global colleagues.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who may have the following qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a full time Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Marketing or similar from an accredited institution.

• Open minded and communicative personality style with attention to detail.

• Proactive approach, with proven ability to problem-solve and complete work.

• Skilled working with Microsoft, especially Excel.

• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Interest in eCommerce, websites and digital content.

• Experience / understanding of photography.
