The large oncology business area is continuously expanding into additional treatment areas in the specialties of prostate cancer, lung cancer, and bladder cancer. Janssen has significantly enriched the therapeutic landscape and experienced tremendous growth in this market.

ESO: Stands for the EMEA Strategy Organization, which is responsible for developing the strategy for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Summary:

The working student is responsible for supporting the ESO marketing team. They will assist the EMEA product managers and EMEA brand leads with daily marketing activities necessary to achieve strong successes and presence for the Janssen prostate cancer brands.

Tasks:

• Involvement in the operational and strategic day-to-day business in marketing and cross-functional activities.
• Support the marketing team in creating digital content (website, newsletter, email, media, A/B testing).
• Development and creation of product-related and product-neutral materials for doctors and patients in print and digital formats.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of international campaigns across various media channels.
• Creating reports using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Analytics, and presenting results to the team.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled student (ideally in the fields of natural sciences or business administration).
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written!
• Initial practical experience in marketing through internships is an advantage!
• Initial experience in developing effective implementation of marketing plans is desirable.
• Experience in working with project teams.
• A solid degree of initiative and commitment, strategic and conceptual thinking, results-oriented approach, strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a team, openness, and sociability.
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Werkstudent – ESO Marketing prostate cancer (m/w/d) - befristet 12 Monate

Die ESO Marketing prostate cancer stellt sich vor:

Janssen erforscht und entwickelt seit über sechs Jahrzenten innovative Arzneimittel. Das große Geschäftsfeld Onkologie wird kontinuierlich um weitere Behandlungsfelder in den Spezialgebieten Prostatakrebs, Lungenkrebs, Blasenkrebs erweitert. Janssen konnte die Therapielandschaft immens bereichern und eine enorme Wachstumsphase in diesem Markt verzeichnen.

Wir setzen uns dafür ein, die Versorgung von Prostatakrebspatienten mit unserem Produktportfolio zu verbessern!

ESO: Steht für die EMEA-Strategieorganisation, die für die Entwicklung der Strategie für die Region Europa, Mittlerer osten und Afrika verantwortlich ist.

Zusammenfassung:

Der Werkstudent ist verantwortlich für die Unterstützung des ESO Marketing-Teams. Er wird die EMEA Produktmanager und EMEA brand lead bei den täglichen Marketingaktivitäten unterstützen, die erforderlich sind, um starke Erfolge und Präsenz für die Janssen Prostatakrebs-Marken zu erzielen.

Aufgaben:

• Mitarbeit im operativen und strategischen Tagesgeschäft im Marketing und crossfunktionale Tätigkeiten.
• Support des Marketing team bei der Erstellung digitalen Contents (Website, Newsletter, Email, Media, A/B Testing)
• Entwicklung und Erstellung produktbezogener und produktneutraler Arzt- und Patienten-Materialien in Print und digitaler Form.
• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Umsetzung von internationalen Kampagnen in verschiedenen Medienkanälen
• Erstellung von Reportings mithilfe von Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point sowie Google Analytics und Vorstellung der Ergebnisse im Team

Qualifikationen:

• Eingeschriebener Student (idealerweise in Fachrichtungen der Naturwissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre)
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift!
• Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Marketing im Rahmen von Praktika von Vorteil!
• Erste Erfahrung in der Entwicklung einer effizienten Umsetzung von Marketingplänen ist wünschenswert
• Erfahrung in arbeitenden Projektteams
• Solides Maß an Initiative und Engagement, strategisches und konzeptionelles Denken, ergebnisorientierter Ansatz, ausgeprägte Umsetzungsfähigkeiten
• Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Fähigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten, Offenheit und Geselligkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
