The Incident Response Manager (m/f/d) works in our Security Operations Center. He or she is responsible for evaluating and managing potential information security incidents. In addition, the specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for incident management processes and the adequate response to security incidents at our clients.

You will ensure compliance with defined processes.

You will coordinate incident response for standard security incidents.

You will evaluate new monitoring and incident management technologies.

What distinguishes you

A degree in computer science or a comparable course of study, or a comparable completed education with appropriate qualifications

Several years of information security experience in a technical role

Ability to create standard operating procedures, service descriptions, and best practices for the SOC

Good understanding of technologies in the enterprise environment, particularly network level security solutions, operating systems, databases and applications and their security configuration

Demonstrable experience in incident handling and incident response

Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills combined with an enjoyment of finding solutions to resolve security issues
