BHS Intralogistics is a holistic solution provider for intralogistics in the corrugated board industry. We are looking for a full-time Senior Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) for our location in Neutraubling.

That's what you like to do:

• Developing electronics and creating circuit networks for our handling and logistics systems for corrugators:
• iShuttle – Our autonomous transport vehicle for the material flow of paper rolls from the roll store to the corrugator
• iPrep – Our system for automatic pre-processing of paper rolls
• Transfer Station – Our stationary lifting device for handling paper rolls
• Design of mechanical systems, assemblies and individual parts, including drawing derivation for standard products and contract projects
• Designs for handling paper rolls weighing up to 5 tons
• Processing and supervision of development projects and their implementation in series production
• Supporting the QM team in the creation of processes, for example for the validation and testing of components and parts
• Participation in the creation of technical documentation and production documents as well as maintenance of document management
• As part of an agile organized team, you enjoy working across disciplines with colleagues from electrical design, sensor technology and software

That makes you stand out:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering with a focus on design or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in mechanical design and in the design of mechanical components (> 4 years)
• Several years of experience in using Autodesk Inventor (2019) or similar tools
• Experience in working with ERP systems (SAP desirable)
• Systematic and independent way of working and analytical approach
• Ability to work in a team, enthusiasm and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and good written and spoken English language skills
