Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the maintenance, development, and optimization of our internal software landscape
- Analyze and gather requirements from business units and translate them into innovative IT solutions
- Manage and coordinate IT projects in the Business Applications area
- Act as an interface between IT, business departments, and external service providers
- Ensure smooth operations, perform error analysis and resolution (2nd/3rd level support)
- Conduct user training and create documentation
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Application Management, ideally with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience in developing software solutions such as Power Apps, Power Automate Flows, and MS Fabric
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure and interface technologies (e.g., REST, OData, Logic Apps) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high solution orientation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Very good command of German and English
