Organizing international transport, managing export documentation, securing payments, and coordinating purchasing & logistics – exciting responsibilities in a global environment!
Your Tasks - What to expect
Organization and coordination of international transports
Independent preparation and processing of export-related documents as well as ensuring compliance with export regulations
Handling of payment security instruments (letters of credit, bank guarantees) and their processing in coordination with banks
Communication and collaboration with international customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and banks
Procurement processing including demand planning, supplier selection, deadline monitoring, and complaint management
Administrative support, system maintenance, master data management, and order processing in accordance with applicable purchasing processes
Verification of order confirmations and invoices as well as cost control, monitoring, and, if necessary, re-tendering of logistics services
Your Profile - What you bring
Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK/HBLA or apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on forwarding, logistics, or customs)
Alternatively, a technical education (HTL) with relevant professional experience in logistics and export
Initial practical experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics is an advantage
Structured working style and strong organizational skills
Good command of English; an additional foreign language is an advantage

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from €2.727,40 (fulltime-basis) with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
