Your Tasks - What to expect

• Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of hydropower revitalization projects – from the sales phase through to commissioning

• Creation and maintenance of project plans, cost calculations, schedules, as well as technical and commercial documentation

• Coordination and alignment with internal departments, external partners, suppliers, and customers

• Preparation, participation in, and follow-up of project meetings, technical inspections, and installation/commissioning activities

• Monitoring of quality, costs, schedules, and risks, including reporting and continuous process optimization

Your Profile - What you bring

• Completed technical education (HTL or equivalent) in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, plant engineering, or a comparable field

• At least 2 years of professional experience in project management

• Technical understanding of hydraulic systems, turbines, and power plant components, combined with a strong commercial mindset

• Independent and structured working style with a strong awareness of costs, schedules, and quality, as well as a willingness to take responsibility

• Good command of English; willingness to travel approximately 20%

We offer a market-compliant gross monthly salary starting from €3.300 with a significant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience.
