Your tasks are:

• Independent processing of: Accounts receivable and accounts payable, invoice verification as well as account assignment and posting of current business transactions
• Preparatory activities for monthly and annual financial statements
• Processing of travel expense reports
• Support in the execution of external audits
• Independent preparation of various statistics
• Support of various departmental projects

What we expect from you:

• Completed commercial training, ideally in the field of accounting or finance, e.g. tax clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d) or comparable training
• Good knowledge of MS Office with a general affinity for IT
• MS Navision knowledge is an advantage
• Initial professional experience in accounting or finance is desirable
• Careful, independent and structured way of working
• Affinity for numbers with a strong process understanding of complex interrelationships
