We are looking for the next possible date for a

Junior HR Controller / Personnel Controller (m/f/d)

full-time (40 hours/week)

Do you love numbers, analysis and want to understand what's behind personnel costs? Then get started with us! As a Junior HR Controller (m/f/d), you will support our team in making data-based decisions and actively shaping HR work

• Support in the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual reports
• Participation in personnel and cost planning as well as target/actual comparisons
• Preparation and validation of personnel data for management
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses and HR evaluations. Support in the maintenance and further development of the staffing plan
• Close cooperation with the HR department and payroll accounting

• Completed commercial training or business studies with a focus on HR or controlling
• Initial practical experience in personnel controlling, HR analytics or controlling desirable
• Confident handling of Excel and interest in HR software (e.g. SAP HCM, P&I Loga)
• Enjoy working with numbers, analytical thinking and a structured way of working, ability to work in a team, initiative and desire to learn new things as well as experience in the healthcare sector (a plus, but not a must)
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
