Join us in this role where you’ll take ownership of QHSE tasks, working primarily onshore at our site in Norddeich. This is an office-based position with a focus on HSE, and the opportunity to expand your skills into the QHSE area as part of your ongoing development. You’ll collaborate with colleagues working offshore in our wind farms, supporting the seamless coordination of safety and quality efforts across locations.

You’ll be part of the QHSE Hub GER team where you, together with your colleagues, will advise and support in all QHSE matters, with a strong focus on HSE and an expanding remit in Quality. Our team consists of four experienced members working a 14/14 shift system aboard service operation vessels offshore, while your role is office-based and onshore. Communication and coordination are vital, as our work connects the site at Norddeich with offshore wind farms and international colleagues.

You’ll play an important role in:
- reviewing, monitoring, advising on, and supporting compliance with legal requirements in all relevant QHSE domains
- updating and supporting the creation of work instructions, risk assessments, and QHSE-related documents for internal and external stakeholders
- actively participating in QHSE project groups, including international teams, sharing insights and learning from colleagues across markets and countries
- conducting incident investigations and developing effective measures for future prevention
- processing, tracking, and forwarding incident reports and improvement suggestions in Synergi, with recommendations on possible actions
- supporting the planning and participation in emergency drills, as well as conducting safety inspections.
To succeed in the role, you:
- hold a completed degree in a technical or maritime discipline, such as engineering, or possess a similar education
- hold a relevant qualification in German occupational safetyare confident in navigating and interpreting German occupational health and safety guidelines
- demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to present subject-matter topics in a clear, professional, and accessible manner
- are fluent in both German and English, orally and in writing.
