The Seeklinik Norderney gGmbH is a rehabilitation clinic with modern diagnostic and therapeutic equipment for children and adolescents aged 0 – 13 years. It mainly treats patients with chronic respiratory and skin diseases as well as obesity with an average stay of four weeks.

Management and organization of the entire kitchen area including quality, efficiency and hygiene (HACCP)
Menu planning and design, taking into account medical and dietary requirements (e.g. allergies, intolerances, special diets)
Management, deployment planning and motivation of a heterogeneous kitchen team
Organization and monitoring of all production and distribution processes (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks)
Purchasing, incoming goods inspection and stock management
Further development and optimization of processes (incl. sustainable, seasonal and regional procurement)

Completed vocational training as a chef, ideally with a master chef qualification or comparable further training
Several years of experience in a commercial kitchen, preferably in a clinic or rehabilitation center
Sound knowledge of dietetics and nutritional medical requirements
Leadership skills, organizational talent and flexibility
Ability to work under pressure and in a team, including at weekends and on public holidays

Remuneration analogous to TV-L Lower Saxony
30 vacation days
Christmas bonus and monthly island allowance (currently EUR 130)
