POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) as part of the Facility Management Team at our Norderstedt location. Responsible for leading the maintenance team for technology, engineering, security systems, driving capital projects and strategically designing maintenance strategies. Responsible for the operation of all supply systems, maintaining and optimizing the condition of the facility, developing site standards for facilities in accordance with company guidelines, and creating and adhering to the maintenance budget.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for an optimized condition of the facility in compliance with the approved maintenance budget.

• Ensures and optimizes the preventive maintenance of building facilities and machines, manufacturing systems, mechanical and electromechanical equipment and laboratory facilities at the Norderstedt site and the associated outdoor facilities.

• Creating and governing the maintenance budget with all involved partners.

• Supervises the use of third-party companies for equipment maintenance to ensure compliance with regulations.

• Responsible for compliance with legally required inspections.

• Developing an Equipment Reliability Strategy

• Develops maintenance processes for a smooth process from notification to order completion.

• Conducts incident investigations and documents the results.

• Is responsible for the plant documentation for the facility area.

• Close cooperation with the poject department.

• Implementation of special projects in connection with the client.

• Identification of investment plans, preparation of 4-blockers, define the user requirements for the investments of investments, etc.

• Participation and collaboration in CAPA, WHO, IA, BSI and ISO audits and implementation of measures.

• Ensures that all regulatory requirements are defined in accordance with the applicable regulations, rules and procedures established by the company and local regulatory authorities and reported to the immediate supervisor or the competent authority in the event of violations or deviations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) desired along with 8-12 years of relevant experience in Pharmaceutical / Chemical / Medical Device / Mechanical Engineering industry desired.

Language: German & English are required
