MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d)

in the field of neurosurgery

full-time or part-time

• You will support us in appointment management (e-mail / telephone) and in the organization of a smooth practice process at our Nordhausen and Bleicherode locations
• You receive and care for our patients and are the first point of contact for questions
• You will be involved in the preparation and follow-up of examinations and treatments and will coordinate and manage all patient-related activities
• Your tasks will also include documenting patient data and assisting with the billing of services
• Administrative tasks such as electronic data management as well as maintaining and managing patient files are also part of your duties

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training

Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector

You have a high level of empathy towards our patients and are confident in dealing with relatives

You have a structured and goal-oriented way of working and good time management skills

Reliability, open-mindedness and friendliness are characteristics that describe you as a person

You are quick on the uptake and enjoy working in a team where you can rely on each other
