Service Project Manager - Mods & Ups / LTSA (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:
Lead the engineering bid team for modernization (M&U) and long-term service agreement (LTSA) projects for large gas turbines
Serve as the primary technical contact for sales teams during the bid process
Support customer meetings and provide technical input on scope, guarantees, and risk evaluations
Perform detailed performance modeling (heat balance) to assess upgrade impacts
Coordinate cross-functional evaluation with experts (e.g. steam turbine, generator) and consolidate findings
Manage multiple projects in parallel and communicate effectively with global specialists and stakeholders
Your Profile:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience
Hands-on project management skills and strong customer focus
Proficient in MS Office and operational mindset
Experience with thermal performance evaluation of gas turbines is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); German language skills desirable
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany required
