As a Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level), you will learn recruiting from the ground up. You will become part of an experienced team, work closely with seasoned consultants and executives, and learn how to identify talent, build relationships, and successfully support companies in filling demanding positions.

Key tasks

• Active sourcing and candidate approach via LinkedIn, Xing, databases and networks
• Conducting initial interviews with candidates and providing support during the interview process.
• Close collaboration with experienced consultants on client projects
• Maintaining and expanding our candidate pool, as well as clean documentation in the CRM.
• Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from search to successful placement

Requirements profile

• You are interested in sales, consulting, and contact with people.

• Prior experience in a B2B environment, customer contact, sales, recruiting, consulting, internships or working student positions is advantageous.
• Team-oriented, eager to learn, proactive, resilient and motivated to achieve your goals.
• Excellent German and English skills.

• Bonus: Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ideally in economics) or comparable education with relevant professional experience.
